Anti-Vibration Tool Holders
Not every job is a boring job. The same damped body is built as a face milling holder for wide, interrupted cuts, and as a reducing sleeve that lets a big damped shank carry a smaller cutter. Same principle — the vibration dies in the body instead of in the workpiece.

Type 01
Damped Face Milling Holder — BT50 FMH
Ø48–76 mm arbors on a BT50 taper. The damped body swallows the hammering of an interrupted face-mill cut, so the insert edges last and the surface finish holds. Matched to cutter heads from Ø50 to Ø80.

Type 02
Reducing Sleeve — RC Series
Ø32–60 mm reducing sleeves for lathe tooling — step a large damped shank down to a smaller cutter without giving up rigidity.
